liveliz.io presents the LiveLiz offer and lets you book an expert conversation. It does not formalise a sale.
Any commercial relationship between Liveliz SAS and a client house is governed by a separate agreement (sales terms / service agreement).
The site is freely accessible 24/7, except for maintenance or force majeure. Liveliz SAS cannot be held liable for occasional unavailability.
You agree to use the site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to harm its operation, security or third-party rights.
Any abusive behaviour (mass scraping, intrusion attempts, injection) may lead to a block and to legal action.
The site may contain links to external resources (app.liveliz.io, partner sites). Liveliz SAS does not control these resources and disclaims any responsibility for their content.
Liveliz SAS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon.
