Why push the Start trial first?

Because the real risk is not the camera: it is commercial adoption. Start validates the format with real customers before funding the kit.

What do the included minutes correspond to?

Your monthly replay storage quota. Every live session is automatically recorded and archived in the Replay tab of your client app: you can rewatch it, share it, send it to the customer or keep it as commercial proof. Start includes AI Replay; Showroom Studio includes 2,000 to 4,000 minutes depending on the camera count.

When should I choose Showroom Studio directly?

When you already run recurring video appointments, have a team ready to operate sessions and a physical showroom to equip with PTZ.

Why are 2 cameras recommended?

One camera is enough to talk. Two cameras change the experience: one human angle and one product/space angle, without constant reframing.

Is the deposit public?

No: the page keeps the message simple. The Showroom Studio pack is subject to deposit, and the exact amount is confirmed before shipment or replaced by a contractual guarantee depending on the customer profile.

Can I move to Corporate?

Yes. Corporate is for multi-site rollouts, more than 3 cameras, SLA, CRM/API/SSO integrations and negotiated billing terms.
