Booking form: first name, last name, work email, phone, house/company, craft, role, number of showrooms, use case. Purpose: prepare the conversation and contact you.
Customer account (app.liveliz.io): email, hashed password, locale, session data. Purpose: deliver the service.
Technical logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp. Purpose: security, fraud prevention.

Unconverted commercial enquiries: 3 years after last contact.
Active customer accounts: throughout the contract, then 3 years.
Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).
Technical logs: 12 months.

Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (USA), Supabase (EU), Cloudflare (EU/USA).
Transactional email: Google Workspace.
Minimal analytics: no third-party advertising tools; anonymised audience measurement only.
All sub-processors are contractually bound to GDPR compliance.
